London Art Notes is published by Amelia Ward, independent publisher This policy applies to all pages of the site. We have written it to be as plain as possible: the site itself is simple, and our privacy approach is simple too.

Information we collect

The site does not actively collect personal information from visitors. There are no accounts, no contact forms, no newsletters and no logins on this site, and we do not ask for your name, email address or location. If you email us at hello@londonartnotes.net, we receive the information you choose to send, and we use it only to reply to your message.

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. The site does not set its own cookies at present. If third-party advertising services are added in the future, those services may place cookies on your device to make advertising more relevant, to measure the performance of ads, and to prevent you from seeing the same ad repeatedly. Because the site does not collect personal data, there is little data to protect. The limited information you send by email is treated as confidential, used only for the purpose you intend, and retained no longer than necessary. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep that correspondence safe.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
