FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
The questions we are asked most often, answered plainly. If yours is not here, write to us — the address is on the contact page.
Is London Art Notes free to read?
Yes. Every page on the site is free to read, with no paywall and no account needed. The site is supported by the operator, Amelia Ward, independent publisher, and may carry clearly labelled advertising in the future.
How do you decide what to cover?
We cover rooms and studios we have actually visited, chosen for what they add to a visit to London rather than for their fame. We try to balance the big collections with the small, independent spaces, and we rotate coverage so regular readers see something new.
Are the opening times and prices in your articles up to date?
We check details against official sources before publication and update pages when we learn of changes, but venues change their hours and prices often. Please confirm with the official venue website before you travel, and tell us if you spot a difference.
Do you accept sponsored content or paid placements?
No. We never accept payment for coverage, and venues never see or approve our pieces before publication. If advertising appears on the site in the future, it will always be visually and editorially separated from our guides.
I found a mistake on a page. How do I report it?
Email us at hello@londonartnotes.net with the page title and the correction, and we will verify it and update the page. Corrections are usually processed within a few working days.
Can I reuse the articles on my own website?
No. All text and images on this site are the property of London Art Notes and Amelia Ward, independent publisher You may share links and short quotes with attribution, but reproducing full articles or images requires our written permission.
Does the site collect my personal data?
The site itself does not collect personal information. It does not use contact forms or require accounts. If third-party advertising services are added in the future, they may use cookies to show anonymised, interest-based ads — the Privacy Policy explains this in full.
